The following is a list of different workshops we offer:
Selling Value, Not Price: A 9 module sales workshop. Each participant-centered training session—partly motivational, partly instructional—provides you with the concept, knowledge and understanding of the topic as it applies to your selling environment. Through appropriate exercises, you’ll refine your sales-development plan, practice strategies and techniques in a safe environment, and develop your skills, before interacting with prospects and customers.
Export Readiness Bootcamp: 2 day bootcamps designed for value added companies with little or no exporting experience. Topics covered will include; shipping, customs, insurance, financing, planning, legal aspects of international trade.
Chain of Custody Certification: The presenter will compare and contrast the differences between sustainable forest management certification, chain of custody and environmental management Certification. An overview of the various certification brands will be provided. Participants in this workshop will gain a better understanding of the chain of custody process including system requirements and external audits.
Government Programs: A half day workshops providing information and insight into available government funding programs.
Lean Manufacturing: Introducing lean manufacturing techniques to the industry through case studies, principles and implementation techniques.
Finishing/Sanding: Transferring knowledge of best practices in Finishing and sanding equipment setup, operational techniques, and productivity improvements.
Product Development: Delivering information on implementing product development and design in a business, manufacturing context, including processes to follow for success, tips and techniques.
Tooling: Transferring knowledge of best practices in maximizing the operation efficiency and productivity of CNC equipment.
